Some other principles:
1. Make your church "their" church, for "them" to identify with it as "theirs".
2. Make "their" church, your church, to move both ends to a ground where the church becomes one..., just one.
3. Provide training --discipleship-- that put both cultures to fulfill the Great Commission and work together.
4. Facilitate dialog between the two cultures for problems, challenges and answers to move the church to the next level (that your vision for the church may be integrated).
5. Allow Kingdom correctness over political correctness.
6. Think "next", not just for "now". Most of the "other culture" kids should be facilitated with opportunities to merge in the receiving culture.
7. Make leaders of the other culture as soon as you can. They will facilitate your understanding to make all of the above happen sooner and smoothly.
